Yummy Salmon Oscar

1 (4-6 oz.) salmon fillet per person
16 jumbo shrimp (4 per person)
Asparagus
1 pkg. Knorr Hollandaise mix
1 stick of butter
1 c. milk
Paprika
1 lg. lemon

Grill or broil salmon to taste. Saute' shrimp. Top salmon with shrimp pieces, steamed asparagus pieces and drizzle hollandaise sauce over everything. Squeeze lemon and sprinkle paprika all over. Serve with wild rice if so desired.
