Cheesy Taco Casserole
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1-1/2 c. water
1 c. grated cheese (more if you like)
1 small bag tortilla chips
Saute meat in skillet. Add taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add tortilla chips; mix, being careful not to break the chips. Pour into a 2-inch deep x 8-inch round or square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Top with cheese.
